New Options for Finding Captioned Web Videos
Blinx.com is a new web video search engine that has a captioned category: http://www.blinkx.com/videos/captioned
Another one, which doesn't seem to have a captioned category, lets you search on captioned:

Just a note about "closed captioned" music videos on YouTube...
Users may have noticed many Universal Music Group videos on YouTube with "Closed Captioned" in the title. Unfortunately, no closed captions are visible.
I contacted UMG about this issue and received this response:
"Our videos are uploaded with the original titles made for TV, promotions, DVD, etc., and they may be labeled with "closed captioned". Uploading the videos with the original title/metadata helps us keep track of our many videos in the system. Unfortunately, at this time we are unaware if closed captioning is supported by YouTube. Since, closed captions work with a separate file in conjunction with the video file. If you have a strong interest in closed captioning we suggest you contact YouTube and express you interest in a closed captioning feature. Thank you for your interest in our videos and we hope you will continue to enjoy them. Universal Music Group."
I urge everybody to keep the pressure on YouTube to enable a captioning feature for their videos!
