Yahoo TV - No Captions?

Yahoo has announced the availability of free episodes of CBS shows via Yahoo TV (http://tv.yahoo.com). I just checked it out and as far as I can tell, no captions!

Pre-Rule Programming

In addition to being required to caption all new non-exempt programming, older, pre-rule programming (pre-rule being defined as before January 1, 1998) must be 75% captioned by the end of a transition period in 2008. That's not long from now, and it means there should be a substantial increase in captioning on television soon with both new and old programming combined.
